About Madame Fan

Madame Fan is a lifestyle-dining concept by acclaimed restaurateur Alan Yau - his first restaurant in Southeast Asia. Featuring as The NCO Club’s culinary anchor, Madame Fan features a restaurant which showcases masterfully modern Cantonese classics by Executive Chef Mike Tan, as well as a destination bar helmed by award-winning head mixologist Davide Boncimino which features craft cocktails good enough to eat.

The Madame Fan experience is led by its pillars of craft, service and ambience, bringing to the fore an old-world experience led by the its Art Deco interiors featuring “emotional architecture" designed to add to the immersive dining experience, and live entertainment every Thursday to Saturday from 7.30pm.
